These are infinity-corrected, flat-field, and apochromatic objective lenses suitable for laser processing (YAG laser fundamental frequency femtosecond laser) are available. These objective lenses are designed to optimize laser processing performance while reducing aberrations in the visible light spectrum, allowing for coaxial observation of the processing surface during laser processing through the objective lens. With a working distance of up to 10mm and flat-field aberration correction, uniform processing line widths and perfect natural images can be obtained across the full field of view. Replaceable protective glass helps protect the objective lens from debris splashes and scattering generated during laser processing. These objective lenses can be used with visible light pulse lasers such as 532nm. The damage threshold for thiese objective lens is 0.1J/cm2 at a wavelength of 532nm and 0.2J/cm2 at a wavelength of 1064nm (with a laser pulse width of 10ns and a repetition rate of 20Hz)
